Michelle began her day at the Hilton Hotel in Richmond. Mink Makeup & Hair did a fab job of making her look perfect for the occasion. Mike arrived at Minoru Chapel a short time before Michelle to greet guests with his brothers and parents. When Michelle arrived, her walk from the limo to the chapel must have been both exciting and nerve racking because I think a caught a little emotion on camera as she walked down the aisle with her dad. We helped to organize the guests outside after the ceremony to cheer their exit from the chapel and we got some great shots as a result. We later drove downtown for more photos before finally making our way to the Four Seasons Hotel for their grand reception in Pavillion I. I just love how the Four Seasons parking lot is connected directly to Pacific Centre Mall, because right out of the elevator was the Apple Store! I wonder if they got any awesome Apple wedding gifts…Shortly after arriving, they began their Chinese Tea ceremony before making their way into the ballroom for their grand entrance. They went straight into their first dance, which looked amazing. The plated dinner that evening was one of the best I’ve had in a while; both food and service was top notch, but of course I should have expected no less from the Four Seasons. RF Productions joined us all day and put together another amazing same-day-edit. Michelle and Mike put on a fabulous event to celebrate the first day of married life and everything they planned was of the very best. Michelle and Mike have great taste and it really showed all day long. From her amazing wedding dress, earrings, and shoes to the gold wedding decor, elegant wedding cake, and even Vera Wang silverware, it all looked like perfection. Congratulations Michelle and Mike!
